  • The Mineral County Health Department and the Mineral Community Hospital would like to offer COVID-19 vaccinations to students age 16 and up. We are requesting parents/guardians to complete a survey so that we can get an accurate count on the number of students that would like to receive COVID-19 vaccine.  We will be ordering a small allocation of Pfizer vaccine for this specific age group.  The vaccine requires two doses, three weeks apart. You must reply by April 11 to participate in this clinic.  If you do not reply, we will not have vaccine available for your child.  Please click on the link below to fill out a survey to let us know if you are interested.
Please take into consideration that a parent or guardian must  be present at the appointment for 16 and 17 year olds and that appointments take approximately 45 minutes
