It's SPELLING BEE time. All students in grades 4th-8th grades may participate. Practices will be every Wednesday starting THIS week in Ms. Nygaard's room until 4:30 PM. Students DO NOT have to attend practices to participate. The school bee will take place on Tuesday, January 28 at 9 AM in the elementary gym. Any interested students who cannot attend practice sessions should request a packet from Ms. Nygaard or Mrs. Hopwood.

Reminder: the Superior Elementary Holiday Concert is TONIGHT at 6:30 PM. Students should arrive at 6 PM. Free pictures with Santa will be available. There will be a bake sale taking place before the concert. Bring your money and help support our music program.

SPECIAL BASKETBALL EVENT! This is a Bobcats Give Back Event to raise funds to help with medical expenses for Lyle Batt as he battles brain cancer. Come and cheer on our JV and Varsity Basketball Teams Thursday, December 12th. JV Boys start at 2:00pm with JV Girls, Varsity Boys, and Varsity Girls to follow!

Prior to the concert, at 6 PM, there will be an opportunity for families to get their picture taken with Santa. In addition, there will be a bake sale that benefits the elementary music program.

The Superior Elementary 4th-grade students are sponsoring their annual coin collection to ensure all students have a gift under the tree. The toys will be purchased LOCALLY and donated to the Lions Club for their annual gift baskets.
Please gather your loose change and send it with your student. The class that raises the most money will be treated to an ice cream party.
