If you are interested in Driver’s Education, AND your child’s birthday is on or before December 2, 2008, please email Mrs. Hanson at dhanson@ssd3.us. Please include the name of your child as well as their birthdate and what school they attend. You will receive an email back from Mrs. Hanson within 24 hours with details regarding the parent meeting. You must be signed up in order to attend the mandatory parent meeting. If you don’t hear from Mrs. Hanson within 24 hours, please call the school. 822-3600 ext. 200. Please sign up by April 25.

Junior High spring sports begin on Monday, April 3rd. All students must have turned in a physical prior to being able to participate.

The high school track meet @ Frenchtown on Saturday April 1st has been canceled.

Congrats to Coach Crabb on being selected Class C Coach of the year for wrestling! We are very lucky to have him working with our students!

Due to scheduling differences between the 2022 calendar and the 2023 calendar, Superior Public Schools will be in session on April 7th and will NOT be in session on Friday, April 14th. This change is being made to ensure that we will have enough staff to cover all events that are happening as well as have enough staff to have the school open. Again, we will be in school on April 7th and there will be NO SCHOOL on Friday, April 14th. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please help our GEAR UP program by completing and returning these surveys. They are due back by April 28th. We need at least 50% of parent surveys returned. Thank you for all you do!

Superior GEAR UP will host a Summer Camp Sign-Up event on 3/23 @ 6:30 in the high school multipurpose room. If your child is interested in attending a FREE Summer Camp please have them attend this event to ensure they get a spot. The graphic attached has some information about the camps. Superior School District has been in contact with the Mineral County Sheriff's Department regarding the status of prom. We have been assured that the situation in St. Regis has been deemed safe at this current time. The Sheriff's Department reported that they will have a deputy in the area during the duration of the prom. We extend our thoughts to those that were involved in today's events and to the community of St Regis.

We have produce boxes, potatoes, and smoked hams (one ham per household please) out in front of the elementary school for anyone who is interested!
