Bobcat Athletics this week!

We are currently seeing increased circulation of influenza like illness in our community.
To protect other students, staff, and family members from contagious illnesses, students should remain at home until they meet the following criteria:
Are fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication (100.4 or higher is considered a fever).
24 hours after vomiting or having diarrhea.
24 hours after starting treatment for bacterial infections including but not limited to pink eye or strep throat.
Feel well enough to participate and do not need more care than is reasonable in the classroom
Additional information on preventing the spread of influenza: https://www.cdc.gov/flu/prevention/actions-prevent-flu.html
Parents of a student with signs of a contagious illness should call their medical provider and notify the school to determine whether the student should attend.

Red Cross Center at Superior Elementary is still serving food! Even if you have power, come get a FREE meal. You can grab and go! Come to the side door.

The Emergency Red Cross Shelter at Superior Elementary is serving FREE dinner again tonight! They will be serving until 6pm. They have other resources too if you are still without power.

Hope you can join us today at 11:00am in the JH/HS gym for the Holiday concert! Sorry for the short notice, it's been a crazy week! We will stream live on Facebook and then post the recording as well - just in case you can't make it!

Superior Schools have power! Buses will run as normal this morning. We do have early out at 1 pm today, buses will run at that time this afternoon. We will announce an extracurricular schedule later this morning.

Good Evening, if power is restored to the school before 5:30am, we will have school tomorrow (Friday, December 19th). It will still be an early out as scheduled. If power is restored anytime during the day we will also plan on having the JH/HS Christmas concert Friday afternoon sometime. We realize that this has been a difficult couple days for everyone and appreciate your patience. We hope everyone is doing ok. If you need anything please don't hesitate to reach out.

If you are looking for a FREE warm meal come by the Red Cross Center at Superior Elementary today between 5-7 pm today! They also have plugins set up for charging.

Good afternoon. Due to the current power situation and reports from NW Energy and local emergency services, we are going to tentatively CANCEL school tomorrow (Thursday, December 18th). IF, by chance, power is restored at the school before 5am tomorrow, we will send a message out and have school, with buses running as normal. We will make a decision about school for Friday tomorrow as well. Thank you all for your patience and stay safe!

The JH/HS concert and all sport practices are cancelled today Wednesday, December 17th. We are waiting to make decisions about school tomorrow (Thursday) until we get more info on the power situation. We will make another announcement later this afternoon. Thank you all for your patience and understanding. Please stay safe today!
